​Like we've said before we cannot guarantee fish. The ocean is beyond our control, however we will do our best to give you the best fishing charter experience you will ever have. You will be fishing, you will be making memories, and you'll have lots of laughs! Laughs are guaranteed!

Please be Aware:
No black sole - (scuffing) shoes allowed
No flip-flops
No bare feet
No Glass Bottles or Containers
No Jumping off the boat
You must follow Safety Rules and Regulations
You are responsible for the loss of our equipment
Please follow Captain and crew's orders at sea
Party poopers will be sent to the poop deck

​DEPOSIT AND PAYMENT

A deposit of $100- is required to complete booking in advance to hold your spot. No Exceptions - including booking fishing charter as a gift. Booking in advance will secure the date and time of your chartered excursion. The remaining balance is due on the day of your trip. (Major Credit Cards & Cash Accepted) Personal or Business checks are Not Acceptable at any time.
You can make your Reservation and provide deposit payment information on the phone with Captain Bill who will reserve your spot, book your trip, take all information regarding your fishing charter along with all questions you have. The final payment will be given directly to Captain Bill on the day of the trip with acceptable payment methods as stated in Payment Methods below. ​

​CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY

The deposit is refundable when you notify Captain Bill 24 hours in advance : (24 hrs. before the day and time of your departure). 

If you cancel the trip with less than 24 hours notice directly to Captain Bill, or you and your group do not show up on the planned departure date and time, the deposit then becomes non refundable.

The Captain will not endanger his client if inclement weather is at hand. Inclement weather is at the discretion of the Captain. Trips may be rescheduled for a later date or a refund will be issued for your deposit if weather is a factor of cancellation.

Payments accepted

All Major Credit Cards are accepted : Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. Cash is accepted as final payment on the day of the trip. NO CHECKS (personal or business) will be accepted as payment methods at anytime.
